Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable, however, you have up to six (6) months from your original booking date to reschedule your Sipnic experience.

Weather

We live in the Caribbean and although we usually have sipnic weather year-round, it can sometimes be unpredictable. We will check the weather at least two days (48 hours) before your scheduled sipnic.  If the weather seems questionable, we will contact you to discuss options.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund bookings based on weather. However, if feasible we will always try our best to accommodate last-minute location changes and honor your deposit with adjustments to reschedule your sipnic date up to six months from the original booking.

Rain Clause

If the forecast predicts more than 40% chance of rain or more on the day of the event, then we will provide the opportunity to reschedule the sipnic. In the case you prefer taking the risk to proceed with your scheduled sipnic, we will ask that you sign a waiver stating that you acknowledge the chance of rain that there will be NO REFUNDS in that case.
